In our home live and laugh 52 Children ranging in  age from 4 to 21. They came to ABOH under varying circumstances. Some were dependent on aging grandparents or living in orphan headed homes with insufficient shelter, food and clothing.  Others were overburdened with caring for younger siblings, forced to survive on their own and eventually dropping out of school to seek work. Their prior situations often expose them to sexual harassment, violence, abuse, and exploitation. When they came here they received the opportunity to start a new and better life.
